After attempting to transmit a return to Revenu Québec, the EFILE transmission log indicates that a .MRQ file was created, followed by a dialog
prompting me to connect to the CRA's website. What should I do?
This is due to the fact that Revenu Québec no longer supports the "Manual" submission method when transmitting under EFILE Online - one return per session.
Therefore this option has been removed from the program. If you used this option in previous years, you must change your settings for 2012 by accessing the menu EFILE -> EFILE setup ->
Quebec TP1 and clicking on Restore defaults. Then, simply select your preferred method of transmission and re-enter your EFILE number and Web access code.
